Ben James, Stanley1913, General Manager of Europe, Middle East and, Africa

Ben James has extensive work experience in the retail industry. His career started in 2007 as a Territory Manager at Amer Sports Corporation & served in various roles, including National Account Manager & Strategic Account Manager. In 2020, he joined Arc'teryx Equipment as the US Director of National Accounts. Since then, Ben moved to PMI Worldwide in 2021, where he currently holds the position of General Manager EMEA at Stanley1913.

Patrick Fagan, Behavioural Scientist and Data Psychologist

Patrick is a renowned applied behavioural scientist with fifteen years of experience turning minds into money for brands and campaigns. He is a university lecturer and Sunday Times bestselling author.

  • This event is open to all charity: water partners, our friends, community and new faces. Please note that we anticipate press and media being in the room.

  • Please arrive at 9:30 a.m. It takes a few minutes to check-in and head to the 8th floor. The charity: water team will welcome you.

    We will wrap by 1:15 pm.

  • Please give your name to the reception team and our volunteers will be in the foyer to take you up to the 8th floor.

  • You can help yourself to tea, coffee, and water throughout the event. We will have a 30-minute break to allow you to grab a snack and catch up with fellow guests.

  • Yes, we will have a photographer and videographer at the event. Please make contact with a member of the charity: water team if you have any questions about this. All the speaker talks will be recorded and shared with the attendees after the event.
